Tenice Wehmeyer founded Wehmeyer Leadership Coaching after over 25 years in corporate HR and leadership development, where she witnessed the effects of ineffective leadership on both work and home life. She has worked with companies from startups to Fortune 100, consistently building trust and credibility with her clients to enable honest conversations about their goals and the behaviors that support or hinder them.
Always learning, Tenice is particularly interested in the balance between self-confidence and self-criticism in leadership performance. Her research into brain-based leadership informed her master’s degree project on “Strategies to Improve Manager and Leader Capabilities through Neuroscience.”
